景观设计师Landscape Architect(ANZSCO Code 232112)与Architect(ANZSCO Code 232111)共享独立技术移民配额。2016-2017财政年度的职业配额为1391个，实际只使用了542个。

关于就业

景观设计不仅建立在科学理性的分析基础上，而且要求设计师具备良好的艺术创造力。澳洲景观设计专业毕业的同学们就业方向还是很多的，比如在政府机构参与各种类型项目景观规划设计，负责大型园林景观项目（城市广场、公园和自然保护区）或者小型园林景观项目（私家花园、历史文化遗产和种植园等），担任房地产公司景观设计师等等。

• 获取客户和管理部门的建议，以确定已规划建筑和现有建筑改造的设计类型、风格、规模尺寸。Obtaining advice from clients and management to determine type style and size of planned buildings and alterations to existing buildings

• 提供设计成果、材料样板和预计的建造次数。Providing information regarding designs materials and estimated building times

• 准备项目文件，包括设计草图和比例图纸，在最终的图纸中整合结构、力学和美学的元素。Preparing project documentation including sketches and scale drawings and integrating structural mechanical and aesthetic elements in final designs

• 撰写设计规范和合同文件，以供承建商和招投标人员使用。Writing specifications and contract documents for use by builders and calling tenders on behalf of clients

• 与专家和客户协商外部区域设计、造价和建造。Consulting with Professionals and clients about external area designs costs and construction

• 编写和分析关于地理和生态特征、地形、土壤特性、植被、现场水文视觉特征、人造的构筑物等场地和社区数据，制定土地开发和利用的建议，准备环境影响陈述。Compilingand analysing site and community data about geographical and ecological features landforms soils vegetation site hydrology visual characteristics and human-made structures to formulate land use and development recommendations and for preparing environmental impact statements

• 为土地开发准备报告、总平面图、施工图、技术规范和成本估算，要求展示位置和细节包括地面造型、构筑物、植被和通道。Preparing reports site plans working drawings specifications and cost estimates for land development showing location and details of proposals including ground modelling structures vegetation and access

• 监督施工过程，确保符合计划、技术规范和质量标准。Inspecting construction work in progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and quality standards
